From the M1: Exit the motorway at Junction 15 (Not 15a) and follow signs for the A508 to Northampton. Stay on the dual carriageway and follow signs for the A45 to Wellingborough. After around 15 miles you will come to a large round about. Take the 1st exit following signs for the A509 towards Kettering and Finedon Road Industrial Estate. Go over a further three round abouts, again following the signs for the A509 towards Kettering. At the next round about take the 3rd exit following signs for the A510 towards Finedon. At the next round about take a left onto Stewarts Road. This road will eventually lead onto Sanders Road. Continue for around a mile - we are situated on the right hand side

From the A14: Exit the A14 at Junction 9 and follow signs for the A509 towards Wellingborough. Continue straight for around about 10 miles, passing 2 mini round abouts and the villages of Isham and Harrowden. At the next round about take the 2nd exit following signs for the A510 towards Finedon. At the next round about take a left onto Stewarts Road. This road will eventually lead onto Sanders Road. Continue for around a mile - we are situated on the right hand side.
